White light is bent and split into individual colors when passing through a glass prism inside a matrix-section, after which the bent light hits the output/receiver. This light bending technology is working supremely well with minimal loss, distortion or interference between the separate light paths and quite large fiber-optical routers can now be produced, ranging in sizes from 4x4 to 192x192. At Precision Technic Broadcast, we already have a demo unit up and running of this new fiber-optical technology, so make an appointment to stop by our headquarters and we'll show you why we are so excited about the future of fiber-optical routing.
